How to Use

• After the payment is completed, the QUO Card Pay URL will be displayed on the purchase screen.
• The steps for using QUO Card Pay are three simple steps: "Receive", "Open", and "Show". Anyone with a smartphone can easily use it. If the balance is insufficient, it is also possible to use it together with cash.

• QUO Card Pay cannot be used on mobile phones other than smartphones or on tablets.
• At some participating stores, it may not be possible to make a combined payment with cash or other payment methods. For details, please refer to the QUO Card Pay Stores Where It Can Be Used page.

How to Use QUO Card Pay

Important Notes

• As a general rule, refunds are not available after purchase.
• The validity period of QUO Card Pay ranges from a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of 3 years from the purchase date. Please be sure to check the expiration date after receiving it.
• "QUO Card Pay" is a prepaid payment instrument that is used by displaying a barcode on a smartphone screen. It cannot be used on mobile phones other than smartphones or on tablets.
• If the URL of the issued value code is lost, the value code URL cannot be reissued. Please make sure to bookmark the URL or save the email so that you can access the value code until the balance reaches zero.
• If the value code is saved in the app, the value code URL will no longer be required.
• "QUO Card Pay" is a service different from the card-type QUO Card. It may not be usable at stores that accept the card-type QUO Card, and the balance of a card-type QUO Card cannot be transferred to or charged onto QUO Card Pay.
